Do you believe in MAGIC?

There is some thing magical about this time of year. I believe, despite how old a person gets, most people still enjoy the anticipation of end-of year celebrations. As a child, my mother did a fantastic job creating holiday magic. It didn’t matter what time I went to bed, or how long we stayed up together wrapping gifts. Christmas morning, whatever time my eyes opened, I’d have gifts flooded at the bottom of our tree. Year after year I’d find myself mystified - how did she do it? When did she have time to wrap so many gifts? I was a young adult by the time my mother stopped leaving presents under our tree. To this day, as a full-grown adult woman, I still find myself having butterflies Christmas morning.
