Returns & Exchanges

Quality & Service Commitment
At Cealle Creative we are committed to delivering the highest quality products and exceptional customer support. As a small business, our ability to offer returns and exchanges is limited compared to larger companies. We appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to meet your expectations.

Exchanges
We provide a 14 day exchange policy. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange. To qualify for an exchange, your item(s) must be returned in it's original packaging, unworn, or unused. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damage
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To start your return claim you must email a photo of all damages.

Refunds
In the case we are responsible for an issue and need to refund you, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact tlscott@ceallecreative.com.

If your item is accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without a request will not be accepted for an exchange.
