This month, I have been thinking about the word "integrity," a term that has recently gained new significance for me. In addition to running my own business, Cealle Creative, I also juggle a full-time job. Despite potential opportunities, I have made the decision not to leave my job. Even if someone as influential as Oprah Winfrey were to endorse my business, I’d still be reluctant to leave immediately. This journey has helped me recognize the importance of patience and the security that a full-time job provides.

During a recent performance review at work, my manager emphasized integrity as one of my personality traits while discussing one of the evaluation pillars. His acknowledgment of my integrity was reassuring and emphasized its significance in both my professional and entrepreneurial pursuits. His recognition has strengthened my dedication to upholding integrity in all aspects of my life.

As I navigate the intersections of integrity, career, and entrepreneurship, I am reminded that integrity is more than just a quality to maintain; it is a compass that guides my decision-making in every facet of my life.
