The Most Beautiful Love…
February is a month that invites us to think about love. Valentine’s Day often highlights romantic love—the kind that is shared, celebrated, and seen. And while that love is beautiful and meaningful, I’ve come to understand that the most important love we can cultivate is the love we give ourselves.
Not in an obnoxious or self-centered way, but in a way that teaches others how to love us.
A love that allows us to heal when we feel broken.
A love that encourages us to care for ourselves when our bodies feel tired or fail us.
A love that gently guides us to actively pursue the very best of who we are meant to offer the world.
This is the kind of love that leads to self-actualization—quiet, intentional, and rooted in purpose.
Keeping My Word to Myself
Around September 2025, I wrote a note to myself on a small blue Post-it:
“Write book. January 15.”
At the time, I had no idea how this would happen. Over the last decade, I had started and stopped multiple manuscripts. I remained faithful but if I’m to be totally honest days I felt skeptical.
Each day, I would glance at that blue Post-it and think to myself, It sounds nice… but how? Why now? What will I write—and why does this date feel so certain?
Then something unexpected happened.
On the morning of January 1st, I opened my eyes and—almost like magic—the words came. They flowed like running water through my fingers as I typed quickly into my phone. At the same time, I could clearly see the subject and main character.
For years, I believed I would write a 350-page novel.
But just as I would modify an exercise that felt too heavy or overwhelming, I unknowingly modified my writing.
Instead, I wrote a short story.
The Girl God Imagined — An adult fairytale for the young at heart.
Yep. I did it.
And it will be available to purchase this spring.
This is what happens when purpose and God’s dream for you align—at the ordained time.
How will you show yourself love this Valentine’s Day?
With love,
Cealle
